My son was diagnosed a celiac last summer, just by the blood test and how unwell he was. He is also anaemic due to not being able to absorb nutrients. It is worth being tested and going wheat and gluten free is not as hard as you think. Join Celiac UK web site for free and they send you a fab little book that lists all the shops and supermarkets that sell free from food. If you have tummy pain and feel weak and tired all the time and need the loo. You could well be a celiac and its to dangerous to leave it can lead to organ failure and cancer. You can get a lot of care from a good Dr. who will give you a prescription for food stuff like bread, cakes, pizza base and white mix that replaces flour.
Please look into it..good luck.
References :
If he has taken blood for a serum transglutaminase you should get a reliable screen test result. The test has a very high degree of specificity and confidence. If it is +ve I think a jejunal biopsy is still done for absolute confirmation.
References :
GP for more years than I care to remember

First of all the celiac tests are highly UNRELIABLE! base your diet on how your body feels. If you feel good avoiding gluten in your diet then stick with it.You can have a perfectly balanced diet without gluten.I am highly sensitive to gluten as well.Listen to your body it tells you whats good or not good for it by the way you feel.
References :
allergy research

This genius worked ...
This genius worked for NASA and enhanced the biofeed back world big time. I tried the machine for an hour and it told me all my allergies from least to worst! The scio biofeedback machines are so useful. It does about 8000 health diagnostics in 3 mins, they are the best health diagnosis machines invented to this date.

My mom's got a SCIO ...
My mom's got a SCIO/EPFX machine and she suggested that I become a biofeedback technician. I'm gonna do it. I'm so excited! I can't wait to learn all I can and then use that to help people and animals. Hooray for biofeedback! =)
