I think it’s from the verb ‘scio‘-To Know, but having checked every table i can find of every form of the verb it’s not there, nor will any of the search engines i can find translate it. It’s from an OCR past paper, so i’m fairly sure it exists. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

When I went on there around a month ago I got attacked by REALLY malicious spyware – Not even Spyware Doctor could get rid of it all. I’d been on it for like a year previously without any spyware problems at all.
So has it been fixed? I’m scared to go on there at all because the attack was so hard to fight.

Whoa, that isn’t going to help at all, believe me. Please don’t use this as treatment. I have researched many such "treatments" and this one is so overwhelmingly jam-packed with quackery that it puts me at a loss for words.
Please see a qualified doctor about this! They will give you advice based on scientific evidence. The good news is that Bell’s palsy generally has quite a good prognosis. Often no treatment is needed but some doctors may prescribe steroids or antivirals (the effectiveness of these treatments is debated but you’d be far better off trying them than this scio thing).
