I have not always been a Christian. In fact, years ago I really didn’t see the point of any religious faith. It probably has mostly to do with the fact that my family is not Christian and never raised me with any sort of religious beliefs. I guess you could say that I was a lost soul.

My life was changed in a drastic way when I kind of stumbled upon the belief system of my neighbors. We had known each other for a long time, but I never knew what they believed or if they were even religious. I remember noticing that they left to go somewhere every Sunday, but I didn’t know where.

All of a sudden one day I felt this urge to go talk to them about their beliefs, because by that time I assumed that they were going to a church on Sunday. I went and knocked on their door with the intent to ask a few questions, and they answered everything I asked. They shared many things about Christianity with me. They really got me thinking.

Just a short time later, I made the decision to join the Christian faith. Up to this point in my life, it has been the best decision I have made. I can’t describe the great things I have learned since my conversion date. All of it has made me a better person and changed the way I see things.

With this life change of mine, I have lately had the urge to help others, especially my family, to learn the things I have learned. I want my home to be full of things that are characteristic of a Christian disciple. The problem was that I didn’t know where to go to find things like that because they don’t sell Christian resources at just any store.

Good for me that there is niche of Christian stores who cater to those of us looking for Christian products. I couldn’t name all the products here, but they sell many things such as Christian artwork, church bulletins, Christian cards, and the like. As a matter of fact, I just got back from my local Christian store and I really couldn’t believe all the products they had.

Life has changed for me ever since I became a Christian. I just have a different take on life. Now my home is filled with the sort of things that bring my family together under one set of values. Yes I know about anonymous. I merely pointing out that the manner in which scio’s attack anonymous is contrary to the teachings of their PTS/SP courses. They use suppressive broad generalizations, which is a characteristic of a suppressive person accoring to L Ron Hubbard, the kind Tom Cruise refers to in that wierd Scientology event video.

A couple thoughts:

CofS spokespeople and OSA handlers are hypocritical. They frequently go against their own "tech" and "policy". I’ve seen it many times.

They really really hate the Anons.

They honestly believe that anyone who would protest and picket like that has got to have something wrong with them. Most people – even non Scn’ists- tend to assume that if something’s probably wrong with a person, that it’s sexual. Not unlike guys who call women "frigid bitches" or "lesbians" if the women don’t like them, won’t date them, or stand up to them. I’ve seen sexual slurs used by many people when the situation present had nothing to do with sex.

The anons can be rather mocking. This equates to "covert hostility" in Scn’s book. Now, of course, all kinds of people can be covertly hostile, still, Scn closely identifies gays (actually Hubbard made the same allegation about promiscuity, too, but people don’t pay attention to that one) with "1.1 behavior" (covertly hostile behavior) So it ends up being:

Anon=snide/mocking/covert= 1.1=must be gay!
